Client property drop off times Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.
Clients may have 7 sets of clothes (set is pants, shirt, underwear, and socks).
Clients may have 3 pair of shoes including the pair on their feet.

Visitation is scheduled on Saturday and Sunday between 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Family members must attend Multi-Family Groups from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in order to have visitation on Saturdays until 4:00 p.m. We urge family members to attend Multi-Family Group on Saturdays. These groups are designed to appropriately approach the issues that have confronted clients and their family during your addiction, as well as the issues that will arise in your recovery.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are free from contraband prior to entering the facility. Visitors who violate rules are subject to visitation termination and shall be removed from the client's approved visitors list.
Contraband includes items prohibited by law or policy, or property that has been altered, is out of place, or in excess. There are two types of contraband:
1. Visitors are required to enter the facility through the designated visitor ingress/egress only.
2. Visitors who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall not be allowed entry and shall be removed from a client’s visitors list. Law enforcement may be contacted.
3. Smoking is not permitted in the facility or on facility property.
4. Only approved visitors shall be permitted to visit with a client. Visitors are not permitted to visit with other clients.
5. A maximum of four (4) visitors, to include only two adults, are permitted.
6. Visitors age 17 and under shall only be allowed in the facility with a parent or guardian unless a hardship visit has been pre-approved.
7. All visitors shall be verified to a client’s approved visitor list.
8. All visitors are required to provide a valid, picture identification (ID). The following are acceptable forms of ID:
9. All visitors are required to sign in and sign out on a visitor log and document their full name, client’s full name, relationship, time of arrival and time of departure.
10. Visitors are subject to a routine search of their personal items. Pockets shall be emptied, and the contents shall be inspected. Visitors who refuse to consent to a search of their property shall not be allowed to entry and are required to leave facility property.
11. A supervisor will be notified if a visitor is denied entry.
12. Visitors shall proceed directly to and from the visitation area and are not permitted to walk around during visitation, except to access a vending machine (if available) or use a visitor bathroom.
13. Visitors are not permitted to leave and then return during a visitation session (e.g. smoke break).
14. Facility staff will be posted in the visitation area during visitation.
15. An adult or guardian is required to accompany all visitors age 17 and under to the restroom. A client shall not accompany a visitor to the bathroom and may only use the bathroom in their assigned housing area.
16. Physical contact between clients and visitors shall not exceed a brief embrace and brief kiss upon arrival and departure. Clients are permitted to hold hands with visitors. Excessive touching and inappropriate behavior will not be permitted.
17. Visitors are not authorized to give or exchange items with a client during visitation.
18. Items brought for a client shall be given to facility staff upon arrival and shall not be provided to a client during visitation. Items shall be in a closable/tie-able plastic bag, no larger than a kitchen refuse bag, and labeled with the client’s name. Items are subject to search. Contraband shall not be permitted.
19. An attorney, clergy, and social service agency representative are authorized to have in their possession a brief case containing work materials. All brief cases are subject to inspection.
20. Clergy may be authorized to bring items required by their individual faith that is necessary to conduct a service. Items are subject to search. Additional religious items are subject to approval of the Facility Director and/or Assistant Facility Director.
21. All visitors are required to leave facility property after visitation. Loitering is not permitted.
Prohibited items are listed below:
Visitors who possess prohibited items shall be denied entry into the facility. Visitors may be given the opportunity to secure prohibited items in their personal vehicle and then return for a visit. Visitors shall not be given the opportunity to secure illegal items and return for a visit. Law enforcement shall be notified of illegal items.
